ABOUT ME
I believe strongly in positive reinforcements for all players and look to develop quality players on and off the field. I utilize the knowledge and experience I learned as a player at Rutgers University and from my time with the Toronto Blue Jays organization. My goal is to use the skills I learned on the diamond as a conduit to teach life skills that translate during and after a player's career.
I have over 20 years of high level experience in the game of baseball and softball. I have played and coach at every level from the Youth diamonds to the Professional Ranks.
Currently, I coach the Middletown Blaze Travel Softball team. Prior to that I was the Varsity Baseball Coach at Colonia High School. Before Colonia, I coached at St. Joseph's Metuchen High School, where we ranked as the number #1 team in NJ, Middlesex Community College and Kean University.
During my time as a high school coach and college coach, I helped guide two state championship teams, two county championship teams and while at Kean, was a part of the Northeast Region Championship team that competed in the Division 3 College World Series.
Individually, I have developed players who have competed at all levels of college baseball and have developed players who have been drafted by Major League Baseball Organizations.

I am most proud to see the young men and women who I have coached become successful students and adults.
